Each individual may hold only one lawinplay account. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
lawinplay requires Know Your Customer verification before processing withdrawal requests above the applicable threshold. Accepted documents include government-issued Philippine IDs. Funds cannot be released to unverified accounts.
All bonuses credited to lawinplay accounts are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. lawinplay reserves the right to void bonuses obtained fraudulently.
Any attempt to defraud lawinplay, collude with other players, exploit software errors, or manipulate game outcomes in any manner will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds, without limitation.
lawinplay may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or registered contact details.
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply:
By accessing the lawinplay Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the lawinplay Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules published on the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify lawinplay promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. lawinplay will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
lawinplay reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its absolute discretion, including in cases where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or unverifiable.
lawinplay accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed on the Platform, which include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, among others. The available payment methods and minimum deposit amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. lawinplay does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. Any deposit originating from a payment source that does not belong to the registered Account holder may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, or the equivalent in the applicable currency. lawinplay does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All funds deposited on the lawinplay Platform are held in a designated account for the purpose of player fund management. Deposited funds do not accrue interest.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the lawinplay Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the conditions below.
lawinplay requires KYC verification prior to processing withdrawals. Verification documents required include a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys Card, Passport, UMID, Driver's License) and a recent selfie. lawinplay may request additional documentation at its discretion.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

lawinplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Upon permanent Account closure for breach of these Terms, lawinplay may, at its discretion, forfeit all balances — including real-money funds and Bonus Funds — where such closure is the result of fraud, prohibited conduct, or violation of any provision herein. In non-breach voluntary closures, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting lawinplay support. lawinplay will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe following the settlement of any pending wagers and the completion of applicable verification requirements.
All content on the lawinplay Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, interface design, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of lawinplay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lawinplay Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the lawinplay Platform without prior written consent from lawinplay.

lawinplay's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the lawinplay Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
lawinplay processes personal data in compliance with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers and regulatory bodies as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.
lawinplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lawinplay will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via Platform notifications or communication to your registered email address or mobile number.
The current version of these Terms & Conditions, including the effective date, will always be accessible on this page. Continued use of the lawinplay Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account. Any funds held in your Account at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with Clause 11 of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact lawinplay's support team to seek an informal resolution. lawinplay will respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
In the event that informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through the applicable formal dispute resolution channels.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and lawinplay with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
